Portfolio Poster for care - at Nursing Home
Why don't we prepare before we get too old. Who is going to take care of you? Do they know about you? I have worked at a nursing home for years. And I have discovered that many people get to know the person with pictures on a wall in their rooms. I highly recommend putting up a Portfolio Poster in your home. It will tell people what you did when you were young, where you come from, your family, your interests, etc. You can tell
people anything you want!! Your doctors, nursing staff, therapists and your friends will know about you instantly. I am able to make any size of poster you want.
For others, you can make a poster for anything, for your pet, child, family etc.

Get Ready --- think just for one person/poster
1. Choose Pictures of your life "Best Memories"
For Example, When you were a baby, with your sisters and brothers, house you grew up, activities you liked, wedding, your children, pet. And newer pictures. Up to 12 pictures recommended to make a 24 x 36 size poster. Poster size is changed depending on number of pictures and your desire of picture sizes.
If your photo has a copyright, ask the photographer to make a copyright release. And attach it to the photo.
2. Put a caption on each picture
If you would like captions, they can also be added to the poster. It will be a great idea to show and tell, let people know what interests you! Use Sticky Note to write down Name, Place, Date and Simple comment.
You may send me your pictures after you have a contract with Beak Design Studio. All the pictures will be returned after scanning. If you have digital pictures, you may send them to my e-mail. Contract with a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost is required.
*If the picture has a Copyright, see the photographer to make a Copyright Release. It is important to re-product your photo.
Price
$20/photo includes basic color adjustment, resizing, design background of the poster
Print fee depends on size of the poster.
Any size is possible!
There is an extra charge for photo-Retouching.

20 x 16 inches poster with 8 photos and letters > $200 plus tax
Medium
24 x 20 inches poster with 10 pictures and letters > $240 plus tax
Large
24 x 36 inches poster with 12 pictures and letters> $290 plus tax
